At EDAPT Adventures, we take safety, professionalism and risk management seriously. We hold comprehensive insurance cover to ensure that our clients, participants, partners and staff are fully protected when engaging with our services.
Our insurance arrangements are reviewed regularly to ensure they remain appropriate for the nature and scope of our activities, which include corporate events, training, outdoor adventure experiences, bell tent and tipi hire, and community programmes.
EDAPT Adventures Ltd holds the following insurance policies:
We hold Public Liability Insurance with a cover limit of up to £2 million, providing protection against claims for injury or property damage arising from our activities and events.
We hold Professional Indemnity Insurance with a cover limit of up to £2 million, covering advice, instruction and professional services delivered as part of our training and facilitation programmes.
Where applicable, we hold Employers’ Liability Insurance with a cover limit of up to £2 million, covering our staff and contractors while working on EDAPT Adventures activities and events.
All EDAPT Adventures activities are supported by appropriate risk assessments, operating procedures and qualified staff. Insurance forms part of our wider commitment to maintaining high professional standards and ensuring a safe, secure environment for all participants.
Certificates of insurance are available upon request and can be provided to clients, partners, venues and organisations as required.
While EDAPT Adventures holds comprehensive insurance cover, all participants are expected to follow safety instructions and guidelines provided by our team. Participation in outdoor and adventure activities carries inherent risk, and individuals take part at their own discretion.
